Gateway Cottage is a facility for homeless women in substance abuse recovery with children under the age of 12 years old. Participants in the program must be motivated to change and willing to commit to a long-term residential program. Referrals are received from local DFCS offices, hospitals, probation offices, law enforcement, mental health agencies, and self-referrals.
